Consent and the storing of data by Yoga With Leash: By giving your permission on the class/workshop registration form you agree to that data being held by your teacher at ‘Yoga With Leasha’ online or on paper. This is only for the purpose of processing your booking and sending details of the classes, courses or workshops you are attending. You may also opt to have your details securely stored if no class is available but you wish to be placed on the ‘wait list’, if you then decide not to be on the ‘wait list’ your details will be deleted. Emergency Contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency, should your teacher need to contact your next of kin or give this information to the emergency services. This is the only information that would be shared with a third party, and only in the context of an emergency.
Consent and the storing and processing of data by ‘Yoga With Leasha’ for our mailing list: By opting to subscribe to the ‘Yoga With Leasha’ newsletter and events mailing list, you consent to ‘Yoga With Leasha’ sending you information including newsletters and events by email and you consent to ‘Yoga With Leasha’ holding your name and email address electronically on our mailing list with mailchimp. You may unsubscribe from the ‘Yoga With Leasha’ mailing list at any time by following the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the mailchimp email. Please also refer to the mailchimp privacy policy
Right to be forgotten: Let us know if you do not want to continue to attend classes or courses at ‘‘Yoga With Leasha’ by emailing your teacher then we will permanently delete all data we hold about you as soon as our insurance policy allows us to do so.
Right to object: We do not use your data for any other reason than to send you information about your courses/classes or to send you newsletter or other event information. If you want to opt out of being sent our newsletter or event information you may unsubscribe using a link at the bottom of our newsletter or events emails.
Right to rectification: You may access, update, correct, amend the information we hold about you at any time by contacting your teacher.
Right of access: Our Privacy Policy (above) describes what data we collect and how we use it. If you have specific questions about particular data, you can contact your teacher for further information at any time.
Right of portability: We will export your account data to a third party at any time on your request.
